        BIM technology is an innovative approach to the design and modeling of buildings and structures. The BIM model created during the design process contains all the information about plan layouts, architectural, design, technological, economic information of a project with all its interrelations and dependencies.

Bim in simple words

Building Information Modeling is a modern information modeling technology that contains not just from modeled three-dimensional objects, but also their information component. All modeled and designed objects in the Bim model are filled with information characteristics, such as, for example: mass, weight, density, overall dimensions, etc. As a rule, the information characteristics of the Bim model are specified by Customers in EIR (Employer's Information Requirements).

  • Open for analysis and calculations;
  • Linked to geometry;
  • Interchangeable;
  • Updated and replenished;

Object-oriented design and modeling is the basic principle in 3D BIM technology. Specialists from all sections of design team participate in the creation of a unified, 3D information BIM model. Interaction and coordination between the participants of the Bim project is carried out according to certain rules. These rules are registered in the BEP document (BIM Execution Plan).


The procedure for developing a 3D BIM model:

  • Customer request to create a BIM model;
  • Development of technical specifications EIR (Employer's Information Requirements - Customer Information Requirements);
  • Creation by the contractor of BIM (BIM Execution Plan - Executive plan of the BIM project);
  • Initial, preliminary design;
  • Creation of project documentation;
  • Coordination of the project with the customer;
  • Sending created 3D BIM model to construction;
  • Updating - support of the digital 3D Bim model throughout the entire life cycle of the object;
  • Data archiving;

How we work

We will do free estimate of your future project and will request 50% down payment, after standard agreement signed. The second half you will pay us after the job is done.
